On the afternoon of December 5, Li Jixin, director of Henan Branch of Ernst & Young certified public accountants, was invited to give a lecture at the business school and gave a special lecture on "issues related to the listing of mainland companies in Hong Kong" in the 109 conference room of the school. Liu Xinshi, vice president of the business school, Xi Longsheng, director of the research and Research Office, some teachers of the accounting department and all the 2017 grade graduate students attended the lecture. The lecture was presided over by associate professor Hai Fu'an, who is in charge of the college's Accounting Master.

Li Jixin said that Ernst & Young is one of the world's top four accounting firms and a market leader in assisting mainland enterprises to list in Hong Kong. In the past decade, Ernst & Young has helped more than 150 enterprises successfully list in Hong Kong. Firstly, he briefly introduced the development history and functions of the capital market to the students. Secondly, he compared and analyzed the basic issues such as the IPO market in Hong Kong and the IPO market in the mainland, the basic listing conditions between the Hong Kong main board market and the mainland main board market, the issuance mode of Hong Kong shares and the intermediary and responsibilities of all parties involved in the issuance of Hong Kong stock, and the listing process of mainland companies in Hong Kong The main financial problems and tax problems encountered in the listing, and put forward the corresponding solutions to the above problems. Finally, he also introduced the human resources policy of Ernst & young, and talked about career planning and career development based on his nearly 30 years' work experience in audit firm.
